FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida -- December 1,
1997 -- Virtual Payroll, Inc., the first payroll service provider
to offer its services exclusively over the Internet, announced
the launch of its Virtual Payroll Solution Provider (VPSP) program
today. An exclusive strategic alliance has been formed with Full
Time Solutions, Inc., based in Irvine, California, to provide
online payroll services to the business community in Southern
California.
"Because our business is conducted online, we rarely have
a chance to meet with clients face-to-face," said Rey Monzon,
President of Virtual Payroll. "Our Solution Provider program
will bridge this gap and provide local support. Client inquiries

Virtual Payroll Solution Providers will meet with prospective
clients, set up their online payroll accounts, and provide ongoing
support. Account registration, payroll processing and customer
service, which are handled at Virtual Payroll's central office,
will be enhanced as a result of the personal contact with clients.
Virtual Payroll has named Full Time Solutions, Inc. (FTS) as their
Solution Provider in Southern California. This announcement makes
FTS the first PEO (professional employer organization) to offer
online payroll services in California. Full Time Solutions' core
business consists of alternative staffing solutions for all types
of businesses. FTS provides the benefits that come from economies
of scale to small and medium sized companies that would typically
have difficulty procuring competitive insurance rates and health
benefit selections. The addition of online payroll services will
complement their existing service offering.
Virtual Payroll's services include direct deposit of net payroll
